At Maison De Sculpt – Sculpt Heal Refine, we are committed to providing exceptional wellness services and quality products. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before booking an appointment or making a purchase.
1. Service Appointments
Due to the time and preparation required for each appointment, all service bookings are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit or payment, where applicable.
2. Deposits
Any deposits required to secure an appointment are non-refundable. However, with at least 24 hours’ notice, deposits may be applied toward one rescheduled appointment at our discretion.
3. Product Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Products may be eligible for a return or exchange if:
- They are unused and unopened.
- They are returned within 14 days of purchase.
- They are in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, worn, or used products, including fajas and waist trainers, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed services
- Gift cards
- Promotional or clearance items (unless required by law)
- Opened or used wearable products for hygiene reasons
- Deposits for missed or late-cancelled appointments
